Born from Syrah, Si is a “red dressed in pink” delicate and luminous. It is vinified in ceramic amphorae, where it undergoes spontaneous fermentation and aging, keeping its purity entirely intact. In the glass, it displays an elegant and brilliant antique rose hue, releasing aromas of strawberries and cherries intertwined with light spices, flowers, and blueberries, with a surprising hint of tomato leaf that amplifies its freshness. On the palate, it is caressing and harmonious, with polished fruit that unfolds into a sweet, fine, and elegant sip.
