SUISASSI
Pure Syrah from grapes grown in the heart of our estate on head-pruned bush-vines, planted on soils dominated by stones. The expressiveness of the variety is phenomenal: plums, blackberries, spice, liquorice, leather and hints of smoke. The wine opens mysteriously and concludes pyrotechnically.

Food Pairing: Hare ragout pappardelle, juniper wild boar fillet, roe deer with sauce, gulasch, roasted lamb
